Vivek Harinarain - IAS | Chairman
Vivek Harinarain, born in Ludhiana, Punjab, is a 1980-batch IAS officer (TN cadre) with an M.A. in History from Lucknow University and an M.S. in Social Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics. He has served as Chairman and MD, Tamil Nadu Salt Corporation; Secretary, IT Department and Chairman, ELCOT; Founding CEO, Technology Mission; CEO, Tea Board (The Nilgiris); and Collector, Thanjavur. In the corporate sector, he has led Tennex Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (Founder and CEO), OPG Power, Everonn Education (Skills), and Elnet Technologies.
His expertise includes governance, technology, policy reform, dispute resolution, and leadership development. Currently an Advisor, Mentor, and Independent Director across institutions like KingMakers IAS Academy, Caleb Institute, and CCCL, he is passionate about mentoring future leaders and driving growth through innovation and experience. He aims to leverage his combined public and private sector expertise to contribute to KCS’s growth.
Dr. T. Prabhakara Rao - IAS

Dr. T. Prabhakara Rao, born in Andhra Pradesh, is an accomplished Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer with an MBBS degree and advanced studies including an MA in Social Development (University of Reading, UK), a course in Global Governance (Harvard University, USA), MA in Theology (AP Theological University, Vizag), and Rastra Bhasha Praveen certification from Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha. He has held distinguished positions such as Chairman and Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation, Chairman and Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Cement Corporation, Principal Secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu (Labour and Employment Department), Additional Chief Secretary (Transport Department), and Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulator. With expertise in general administration, public sector management, and leadership development, he excels at training Civil Services aspirants and imparting administrative skills. His contributions have been recognized with the President’s Medal, Tamil Nadu Government Medal, and awards for improving transport vehicle standards. A passionate mentor and musician, he plays the sitar and guitar and dedicates his time and talent to guiding future leaders. Dr. Rao is committed to leveraging his vast experience and knowledge to support the growth and development of KCSF.
Dr. R. Kishore Kumar | Managing Director

Dr. R. Kishore Kumar, from Tamil Nadu, holds a Ph.D. in Education, M.Sc. in Biology, and M.Ed., and is a distinguished leader in educational management and school leadership. He has served as Senior Principal and Trustee at St. John’s Educational Institutions, Patron of the United District Self-Financing Schools Association, and Director of the Indian Christian Chamber of Commerce, contributing to both policy and operational excellence in the education sector. An expert in teacher training, curriculum development, and school administration, he has participated in international educational programs in the UK, Malaysia, and Bhutan, gaining global insights into innovative teaching methodologies.
He also anchored an educational TV show for five years, bringing knowledge and educational guidance to a wider audience. Recognized for his contributions with awards including the Computer Literacy Excellence Award (2003) and a Lifetime Achievement Award, he is actively involved with the Tamil Nadu Planning Commission and the Madras Science Association. Dr. Kishorekumar is deeply committed to child-centered education, mentoring teachers, promoting educational innovation, and enhancing school management practices. He brings this wealth of experience to support the growth and vision of KCSF.
Dr. Prateep V Philip - IPS |Director | Retd. TN DGP
Dr. Prateep V Philip IPS (Retd.), born in Karnataka, holds a PhD in Management and a certificate on Globalisation from the London School of Economics. He has held senior law enforcement positions including DGP CBCID, Director TNPA, DGP CSCID, ADGP EOW, and ADGP Crime, where he oversaw complex investigations, economic offences, and organizational leadership. As the founder of FoP (Community Policing), Sense X, and an innovator in Excenomics and Equilibrium Psychology, he has developed proprietary frameworks for problem-solving, strategic decision-making, and societal engagement.
His expertise spans training, teaching, consultancy, and leadership in both public and private sectors, reflecting a unique combination of analytical rigor and human-centered thinking. Dr. Philip has been honored with the Queen’s Award for Innovation (2002) and the British Gurukul Chevening Inaugural Scholarship, recognizing his global contribution to innovation and governance. As Founder and Chairman of Sentient Biotech Pvt Ltd, he continues to drive initiatives at the intersection of technology, society, and human potential. An accomplished author of 30 books, ten published, he is passionate about mentoring, knowledge dissemination, and leveraging his extensive experience to contribute to the growth of KCSF through strategic insights, innovation, and leadership development.

Ravi Kumar Paul, son of Justice C.J.R. Paul, was born on 5th April 1956 and is 69 years old. He holds a B.A. in English Literature from Madras Christian College and a Bachelor of Law from Madras Law College. He served in the Central Government Group A Services from 1980 to 1986 before enrolling as an Advocate. He is a Partner at Paul & Paul Law Firm and Paul & Paul J. Hudson Samuel & Partners, and was designated as a Senior Advocate in 2017 by the Madras High Court. He also founded PRISM, an NGO, in 2014.
Specialising in Civil Law excluding Taxation, he has vast experience in Litigation, Arbitration, Corporate and Service Law, Contracts, Consumer Law, FCRA and FEMA, Education, Trust, Property, and Matrimonial Laws. A Gold Medalist in English, he received the Justice V.R. Krishna Iyer Centenary Award for Social Justice in 2015 and the IICCC Award of Excellence in 2024. Committed to supporting KCSF, he aims to guide and contribute his expertise to strengthen Christian entrepreneurs and institutions in furthering God’s kingdom.

Dr. J.V. Ragoo Bruno, born in Pondicherry-India, holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration. He is an accomplished leader with extensive international experience. He has got a commendable service record having served in various MNCs at senior management roles, like Project Manager, Logistics Manager, Facility Manager, General Manager and CEO.
He was robust in managing several prestigious projects in DUBAI, SINGAPORE and INDIA.

Dr. Bruno has trained over 400 educators and is dedicated to using AI and technology to enhance people and eradicate poverty nationwide, develop young entrepreneurs and empower woman.

Anthony Clifford has extensive experience in handling a wide range of complex matters related to Income Tax, GST, International Taxation, and Company Law. With a strong and diverse client base, he has worked with organisations across various sectors, including global exporters, hospitals, educational institutions, infrastructure companies, software firms, garment exporters, FMCG entities, and green energy companies. His expertise also includes project funding, company formation, statutory compliances, and designing accounting systems and management policies. He is committed to supporting Christian institutions by offering Chartered Accountancy services at a very nominal fee, with the entire amount being contributed to KCS for its charitable initiatives.
